REGISTRATION PROCESS:
1. To register for class send an Email to area
DDI (see below). In the Email please include
the following items:
Name
Address, City, State,
Zip
Phone Number
USSF ID Number
BirthDate
Date/Location of desired class
An Email will be returned to you approving
your registration. You MUST bring a print out
of that returned Email as proof of registration
on the first day of class.

a address to send a check for 50.00 to pay for
the class.
